We are seeking to appoint an inspirational EYFS practitioner who has the passion, initiative, creativity and determination to shape children’s lives to work in either our nursery or reception classes.
Clifton Primary School is situated in the heart of Southall. Our school has been at the centre of the local community for over 100 years and we pride ourselves on firmly holding the pupils’ best interests at the heart of everything we do.
Clifton is a culturally diverse two-form entry school with over 400 pupils on roll from Nursery to Year 6. We foster a love of learning and through our carefully planned curriculum and extra-curricular clubs and additional school opportunities support pupils to ‘Aspire to Achieve.’

Your application should include:
- Fully completed Application Form
- Supporting Statement (Part 8a and 8b of the application form). This can be typed straight onto the application form paperwork, or you may wish to attach it as a separate document alongside the application form.
- Photo/photocopy/scan image of your Level 3 qualification that meets the DfE’s criteria for counting in the EYFS Framework staff:child ratios (please see the first criteria on the person specification which includes the link to the DfE webpage that lists the ‘full and relevant’ qualifications)
Supporting statements should demonstrate how you meet the criteria outlined within the person specification, including examples of your practice and should be no longer than two A4 sides with a maximum font size of 10.
