At AXA – Global Healthcare we're looking for a copy writer who's driven by curiosity and fuelled by creative storytelling. The Copywriter role will be to curate copy that that inspires, educates, and intrigues. Reporting into the Senior Global Healthcare Manager, this role is responsible for creating and developing copy in the AXA tone of voice across a range of activity channels, helping to strengthen our brand, and maximise impact whilst delivering good customer outcomes.
At AXA we're adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Tunbridge Wells office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
What you'll be doing:
- As an expert in AXA's tone of voice and brand articulation, you'll produce on-brand, original copy against briefs from a variety of sources across the marketing department.
- Work closely with the rest of the marketing department and key SME stakeholders from around the business to deliver all copy, with consistency and accuracy and to the agreed briefs.
- Undertake research as necessary to fulfil briefs and understand the context of the industry and/or product and proposition.
- Help build and manage briefing process to ensure all jobs undertaken have all necessary detail for efficient delivery.
- Understand the Consumer Duty and the guiding principles and build that knowledge into copy to make sure it delivers good customer outcomes and adds value to the customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with our external creative agencies across projects that need design elements.
- Be the expert as part of governance process to ensure all customer communications are in our brand tone of voice
- Own the delivery of targeted website copy supporting our demand generation strategy.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Creative Copywriting
- Understanding or experience of working in a regulated business preferable
