As our new Copy Manager you will:
- Leading the copywriting team and setting the standard for all copy for kevin. globally.
- Create concepts and copy for the highest-profile campaigns and projects, ensuring they are aligned with brand strategy and company objectives.
- Take ownership of the brand tone of voice and style, developing further guidelines and training to empower colleagues to use it consistently to differentiate kevin. in all markets.
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day copy planning, production, and distribution to the highest standards.
- Establish effective workflows, tools, and policies to ensure efficient delivery of all copy and ensure it's on-brand - such as the introduction of Grammarly Business.
- Manage, inspire, and develop the Creative Copywriter, Product Copywriter, and UX Copywriter.
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Brand Strategist, Senior Content & Campaign Strategist, and Social Media Strategist to deliver consistently high-quality copy across all touch points.
What you need to be successful:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a copywriter with global B2B businesses or agency working with such businesses – ideally including some exposure to the financial/payments technology market, so you understand the complex landscape.
- At least 2 years managing a team of copywriters.
- Be a team player and collaborator who can also work independently.
- Proven experience in owning, developing, and championing brand tone of voice and style to support brand positioning.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide-range of brand-led copy examples.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of different copy types – including creative, product, and UX copy.
- Skilled at establishing effective processes and policies to maintain consistency and quality.
- Outstanding writing skills and proven ability to interpret and utilize brand tone of voice effectively across different audiences, channels, and contexts.
- Able to manage multiple competing priorities with tight deadlines.
- Have a passion for continuous learning and thrive on new challenges.
