PCC is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join our team! The Conveyancing Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare completion bundles
- Prepare paperwork for the accounts department
- Obtain compliance requirements for files
- Answer client questions and provide assistance as needed
- Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must have strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Conveyancing knowledge is a bonus
Pay
- Each case will generate £10.00, therefore the ability to complete 10 cases a day creates a maximum sum of £2,000 a month. The work is very fast paced so you have the potential to earn more, but achieving 10 cases a day will require a lot of determination and hard work.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £2,000.00 per month
