Work closely with the Director/Designer, to help with areas such as enquiries, client correspondence, scheduling of projects, co-ordination with warehouse and delivery team, pre-sales and after-sales service, placing orders.
Give advice on products and styling to consumers.
Sell the products to clients confidently, explaining features and benefits whilst successfully providing great customer service.
Deal professionally with customer queries – over the phone, face to face and via written communication ensuring accurate well-constructed responses.
Able to thrive under pressure.

Ideal Candidate:
·An organised and effective, contributing team member.
·Will have a good understanding and experience of working directly with luxury customers in a sales/retail role.
·Must have excellent English written and verbal skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
·An ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time is essential.
·The successful candidate will also have excellent IT skills including basic Word and Excel.
·Knowledge of POS systems would be an advantage although training will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 60 months
