Job description
SF Recruitment are working with a Worcestershire manufacturing business who are looking for a Financial Controller on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Group FD, you will be responsible for the following amongst other things:
Managing the management accounts for the UK and US entities as well as the group accounts
Project reporting for the R&D grant funded projects
Managing 3 direct reports and work closely with all members of the business as required
Improving the software setup to reduce manual intervention in transactions and save time
Working with sales and quality to help improve traceability
Implementation of the ERP to improve reporting capability
Workflow and process improvement across the business
Ensuring compliance of US sales tax, including registrations and reporting
To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and will be looking for a role in a growing business.
