Job description
Our client is a specialist in groundworks and rc frame contractor based in London.
They currently require a Hire Desk Controller to join the team.
The Hire Controllers process all customers orders.
This is a full-time role based at the plant office in Cranford.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the client to deal with any issues.
- Dealing with any customer queries.
- Ensuring all documentation is processed and orders received.
Criteria:
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to react to changing demands in a professional manner.
- The ability to deliver an excellent customer experience both internal and external in line with the company.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative style
- Experience of working in a fast paced operational structure is desirable
- Computer literate
- Demonstrated Commercial Awareness
- Must have a can do attitude
- With a focus on delivering customer service through quality, safety, sustainability and reliability
- Previous experience within the plant hire industry/tool hire sector is essential for the role.
