Job Duties
- Oversee the level of inventory for production and shipping
- Engage and assist with customer needs
- Tracking shipment and follow-up with customer’s feedback
- Filing, maintaining and supporting information for all financial transactions
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Managing and organizing bank errands and mailing documents
- Filing statements, invoices, etc.
Role requirements:
- Experience in administrative areas
- Strong organizational skill
- High School / Post-Secondary Accounting Education
- Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of accounting software such as Quickbooks & Simply Account would be a strong asset
- Strong organizational skills, able to follow through on procedures and use time effectively, able to manage high volume of work
- Extremely detail-oriented and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with discretion and to be entrusted with confidential information
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-sufficient, reliable and able to work largely unsupervised
- Strong communications skills with ability to collaborate with internal teams, customers & vendors
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must have the legal ability to work in Canada.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
