Job description

Contracts Manager required for refurbishment contracts throughout the North East to work on projects from £10K to £500k. Works mainly in the commercial sector including education, healthcare and heritage buildings.

Would suit experienced candidate or Site Manager looking to progress.

Salary from £40k plus company vehicle or allowance, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,528.72-£69,648.40 per year
