UX Designer – Up to £400 per day - London, Hybrid

A UX Designer in this role will be comfortable working closely with the Product Manager and UI Designer, you will be leading UX, focusing closely on the key customer journeys and product experiences. You will represent the end user and deliver the right experiences in order to achieve both customer and business value. In order to deliver the product strategy, you will work in collaboration with the wider UX team, Head of User experience, User Insights, UI Designers, brand stakeholders and the central teams.
As a UX Designer on this project, you will:
- Have great experience in different UX Research methodologies and be able to apply the right UX research to guys UX solutions
- Be hands-on when it comes to creating the right level of artefacts
- Be confident in running workshops to unpack and create solutions
- Be able to achieve buy-in to solutions
- Be able to think of the bigger picture as well as be able to focus on micro experiences
Requirements:
Essential requirements
- Experience within UX Research e.g In-depth interview A/B testing, surveys, tree testing, heatmapping
- Running workshops
- Prototyping and Wireframing – low and high fidelity
- Content Modelling
- Task models, User Journeys and Experience mapping
Tools typically used
Research Tools – Optimal Workshops, Optimize, Userzoom, Hotjar
- Prototyping Tools (erg, Invision, Axure, Figma, Sketch)
- Wireframing Tools – Sketch
- Pen and Paper
