Are you the Contracts Manager we are looking for, ready to work and help lead the team to construct some amazing building projects throughout the south west of England?
You will have high standards, be friendly, well presented, enthusiastic, conscientious, and trustworthy... You would be professional, courteous, dedicated, forward thinking and a relaxed team player….
You will be responsible for overseeing several construction projects and project teams. You will coordinate, manage, and lead projects from the initial design or construction stages through to a timely completion, to the highest of standards and within budget.
The role will involve continual close liaison, communication, monitoring and leadership of the project team, design team, subcontractors, clients, and direct employees.
You will apply the skills you already have in construction, management, and leadership to ensure the success of the project completion.

Salary: £44,000.00-£48,000.00 per year

Education:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
- Construction management: 3 years (preferred)
- contract management: 3 years (preferred)
