Job description
Position: In-House Paralegal/Commercial Contracts Specialist
Role: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Cambridge (office based one to two days a week)
Salary: £40,000.00 - £50,000.00 per annum
Overview: Our client is a world-class research company seeking a Paralegal/Contracts Specialist to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with General Counsel to ensure the smooth running of licensing, sub-contracting, materials transfer, and IP processes.
Key responsibilities: will include drafting and reviewing a broad range of commercial agreements including; master service agreements, material transfer agreements, scientific collaboration agreements and confidential disclosure agreements.
Requirements:
- You will have a legal background, ideally within the Bio Tech, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Tech sector with experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good attention to detail to analyse files and data thoroughly
- Good general administrative skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
Salary range: £40,000.00 - £50,000.00 per annum plus excellent benefits. Hybrid working on offer with one to two days a week office based.
