Building Services are looking to recruit a Contract Documentation Monitoring Officer to
work within a busy customer focused Area.
Primary responsibility of the post holder is to assist/provide Electrical Department Senior Manager with a range of administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of the Electrical section, programme, scheduling, and the organisation of work for operatives/apprentices/contractors and specialist on behalf of the Senior Electrical manager to Clarify the work required to maximise service delivery and client satisfaction and whatever is deemed reasonable in relation to Department need.
