Job description

Here at Black Lines we are looking for an individual who is interested in joining a fast-growing, disruptive business in the drinks industry. We are currently a team of 14, producing premium cocktails on tap and in bottle. We sell to a number of top venues and retailers across the UK, including The Standard Hotel, Boxpark, Shop Cuvée, Clapton Craft, North Brew Co and many more. As such, the individual must be interested in working in a small, focused team and will enjoy exposure to all facets of the business.

The role we are looking to fill is Cocktail Production Assistant, who will join the production team to manufacture premium batched cocktails and help to streamline the production process.

Key requirements for the role are an interest in cocktails and drink production processes, stock management capabilities and an understanding and good practice of hygiene and health & safety.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with daily production of all of the cocktails within the brand’s portfolio.
  • Bottling/kegging into various pack sizes, pasteurising and labelling.
  • Being involved with new product development.
  • Recording and managing samples for microbiological testing.
  • Maintaining daily/monthly records for HACCP.
  • Stock management including ordering and monthly stock take.

Prior experience of working in a brewery or other production facility would be a bonus but is not a requirement for the role.
