Contract Analyst
Chance to play a Key Role in the Management of one of the UK’s Largest Operations and Engineering Programmes
Hybrid London with UK-wide travel
£40,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Excellent Bens
Our client is a specialist player in the transport sector, managing a multi-billion pound operations and engineering contract that spans the UK from South Wales to Scotland. The contract is well-established but constantly changing, with household name companies involved and touching the lives of thousands of people every day. As part of the ongoing drive to adapt and improve the programme delivery, they now wish to hire two Contract Analysts.
Candidates could be junior people looking to develop their career, or more experienced individuals looking for a new challenge in an exciting sector.
The Contract Analyst will be responsible for:
- Working with partners and suppliers to ensure compliance with all elements of contract requirements
- Ensuring that payments are made on time and any variations accounted for
- Analysing contract data to identify anomalies and proactively addressing the causes with clients, partners and suppliers
- Working with stakeholders to drive changes through the programme and ensuring that contracts reflect the changes
- Timely and accurate reporting of payment and other contractual data
- Managing complex groups of stakeholders at a senior level, ensuring a collaborative culture and effective team-working
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of analysing contracts
- Have good analytical and data manipulation skills
- Have strong communication skills with the confidence and ability to present at senior level
- Ideally but not essentially a degree standard of education
- Ideally experience of working in a technical environment
- Be happy to travel UK-wide
- Be pro-active and innovative
