Projects Contract Coordinator

(Fixed-Term 12 months, Full-Time, 8:45-5:30pm, Hybrid

Your New Role:

As a Project Contract Coordinator at Häfele, you will be an essential part of our Project Sales Team, supporting the coordination and administration of contracts. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months, offering an opportunity to contribute to our success and work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Entry and maintenance of sales orders, ensuring adherence to exact requirements and contract review.

- Liaise with customers/sites to meet supply programs and ensure timely delivery of products.

- Check and communicate with Purchasing contacts for supplier prices.

- Create Master key/Kickplate charts using customer-provided details.

- Maintain effective communication with various departments.

- Answer calls within target levels for sales and uphold high standards of customer service.

- Process notifications, customer complaints, and initiate returns

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing work instructions and practices.

- Accurately process A-order material creation in terms of pricing and work instructions

What you’ll need to succeed:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

- Strong command of English and Mathematics

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and foster a culture of teamwork

- Knowledge of Access Control and basic Dialock functions (advantageous)

- GAI Foundation qualification and progression to Diploma Stage 3 (advantageous)

- Comfortable with phone and video communication

- Business Administration L3 NVQ or equivalent qualification
