Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading financial services company who are in search of a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their growing team.
The role:
This is an exciting opportunity from someone who has a proven record of implementing quality and procedures within the workplace. Reporting to the operations director you will be responsible for driving change and implementing a workable quality management system that will support the needs of a rapidly growing business. Ideally you will have a background in financial services however our client will also consider candidates from all industries as they are happy to train.

Key skills
- Experience of driving change/lean/continuous improvement, ideally in a financial services environment
- Significant formal lean training of some form
- Experience of H&S Management in the workplace in an office environment
- Day to day operational management
- Pragmatism & empathy for the pressure of the teams and supporting them to streamline work productivity
- To inspire teams to complete task in line with new company procedures
- Driving/influencing change with other managers/teams
- Medium to large size company experience would be advantageous due to our client growth plans
- Experience in using complex computer systems
- Prior experience of transformation of systems & culture in high growth environments
- Ideally NEBOSH or IOSH qualified or similar but we have a consultancy supporting us so practical experience/knowledge without qualification is acceptable
- Experience of ISO9001 implementation/audit (Desirable)
- Ideally an accredited 9001 lead auditor (Desirable)
- Self-sufficient / Self Starting
- High level of IT skill
- Excellent MS Excel skills are prerequisite (Pivot tables, Analysis of large data sets, Statistics etc)
- Understanding and use of Relational Databases (SQL/ODBC/Access etc) desirable
- Business Intelligence Reporting/Management Information Reporting experience (Derivation of KPIs etc)
- Degree level education or equivalent
