Due to continued growth the position of Continuous Improvement Manager has become available to join a newly formed team based in Maidenhead

We have a great opportunities for experienced Continuous Improvement Managers to join the Costain Continuous Improvement Team who are part of our Group Strategy Implementation and Transformation team. These roles will be on a fixed term contract for 12 to 18 months however for the right candidate there may also be the opportunity for the role to become permanent!

Whilst these roles are predominantly home based a flexible approach to working will be required to attend our sites and offices.

Role Requirements

  • Experience of managing large, complex continuous improvement initiatives, ideally in relevant operating environment (though other industries etc. will be considered)
  • Lean Practitioner (at least Green Belt Six Sigma equivalent) and Professional membership with the Chartered Quality Institute (preferred)
  • Knowledge of best practice related to the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of integrated management systems
  • Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
  • Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
  • Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
