Arts and Materials Lab 材料研究室 ( AAML Group ) was founded in London, UK. Arts and Materials Research-based laboratory focus on studying Materials and Arts, looking for innovative and unique material applications and works that pay attention to details. We hope to record the most memorable use of materials in English and Mandarin bilingually and use art, design, and materials further to enhance social aesthetics and new attitudes to life.
In the Internet information explosion era, we can easily absorb all kinds of information from all directions. Therefore, unlike other design art websites, we care more about the content, details and process and introduce creation from different perspectives and speeds—the work presents the best quality, facts, and spiritual meaning behind the creator.
Technology is connected to people. To allow more people to explore/discover more details and characteristics of materials through 3D. Arts and Materials Lab uses advanced 3D scanning technology to collect exciting and highly detailed materials into our research database.
We are currently looking for material Researchers to join the team in providing excellent contents and service to public.

The Role
Material Research assistants – Mandarin speaking – Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity to cooperate with different artists and designers internationally. The prefect individual will need to have a great knowledge of arts or design education background.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Support with content creation for publish channels where appropriate, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website.
- Attend shoots to capture social first content that is on brand and commercial.
- Writing posts content in Mandarin / English and captions and updating the social media pages.
- Responding to audiences' feedback and maintaining communications.
- Creating social media campaigns to increase engagement and target new audiences.
- Creating graphic and visual content for dissemination on social media pages.
- Carrying out material research for team projects.
- Researching, creating, and posting engaging content on our platforms.
- Build strong relationships with artists, designers, and existing clients.
- Tracking and analysing social media analytics.
- Providing general support to other members of the marketing team.
- Developing monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Self-motivated, highly organised, detail-oriented, and creative thinker and writer.
- Experience minimum 1+ years in related industry field and can demonstrate results achieved in previous roles in any of the above social
- The ability to work independently and quickly, with a proactive work-ethic.
- Have a clear interest and understanding in design/ arts /materials research and technology.
- Ability to adapt to new trends and take on new responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Staff will receive full training.
