We have an exciting opportunity for a QC Deviation Investigator who resolve deviations, CAPAs and other investigations across our Biochemistry lab.
About you
You will be an experienced QA or QC professional with experience in sterile manufacturing processes and GMP.
We are looking for candidates with a degree in Chemistry (or similar) who have gained industry experience within QC and have strong knowledge and experience in general Chemistry tests.
Experience with writing reports as well as a strong working knowledge of root cause analysis tools and continuous improvement techniques are also key for this role.
This is an exciting role where you will be able to apply your skills and experience and work closely with key stakeholders.
The role
You will be involved in the following:
- Investigating, leading and resolving deviations, CAPAs and Out of Specification laboratory investigations to support the QC Chemistry lab
- Performing thorough product impact analysis including root cause analysis
- Providing data relating to investigations
- Escalation of risks and concerns in line with company lead times
- Writing investigation reports to a standard expected by regulation, auditors and regulators
- Carrying out effectiveness checks
- Actively troubleshooting and challenging ways of working to seek efficiencies and continuous improvements
- Providing technical input based on knowledge and experience of Chemistry testing
- Tracking open investigations and attending relevant meetings relating to investigations, representing the Biochemistry laboratory
