About the team:
We are responsible for TikTok's policy formulation and system construction related to contingent workforce worldwide, providing comprehensive contingent workforce solutions to help business compliance and efficient use of contingent workforce resources.
Responsibilities:
- Based on business development stage; establish and improve contingent workforce (include third-party workers, independent contractors and outsource staff) management systems, processes, policies, etc by working with related internal functions including HR, Internal Control, Procurement, Ethics, Business;
- Conduct external or internal research to understand best practice in industry and recommend reasonable and optimized solutions to improve outsource models, ROI and management capability;
- Partner closely with the business to standardize the lifecycle flow of extended workforce management processes and guidelines, including but not limited to onboarding and exit, attendance tracking, payment, cost and budget control.
- Advantageous to have 5+ years of related working experience;
- In-depth knowledge and insight into extended workforce management practices, and be familiar with personnel-related management regulations;
- Experience in the extended workforce lifecycle process management, cost control, market research ability and familiar with local legal requirements;
- Excellent communication and co-ordination skills.
