Job description
The Role
Robin AI is looking for a Content Writer. You'll be the mastermind behind all our marketing and community-focused content, from white papers to blog posts and everything in between. We need someone who's 85% content person (both strategy and writing) and 15% SEO, with great storytelling ability and an understanding of how to create content that supports and executes an SEO strategy. You will work closely with our marketing and GTM teams to ensure that our content aligns with our overall messaging and supports our business objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with others to develop and implement new processes that improve the quality and effectiveness of our content and track relevant usage metrics.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify topics and create written content such as whitepapers, blogs, partnered content, website copy, product copy, and social copy.
Analyze content performance and metrics to measure impact against company objectives.
Establish a content creation process that is efficient and effective for all relevant stakeholders in the company.
Work with customers and community members to develop case studies.
Incorporate SEO strategies into the content production process to optimize content for conversion and organic leads.
Contribute to the creation and execution of a long-term content strategy.
Your Skills
1-3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS company.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging and tone for different audiences and content types.
Familiarity with our industry (legal, AI, financial services, insurance, or bio-pharma) or the ability to quickly learn about any industry.
Ability to understand customer pain points and create content that addresses their needs.
Some experience developing content strategies.
Knowledge of how to create content that generates leads.
Understanding of how to establish credibility through thought leadership and community-focused content.
Compensation @ Robin AI
Salary: £38,000-£48,000
