The Role
As a receptionist you will be responsible for first customer interactions and team communications. Part of your daily routine will involve managing bookings for our amazing activities, problem solving any issues that arise, assisting and providing information to customers.
You will be offered the opportunity to be trained across all key areas of the centre, to ensure that you are able to provide support to the team and deliver the best possible customer service.
You will work efficiently, show initiative and be a team player. Exceptional customer service will be at heart of your role. You will also need to be confident and comfortable when dealing with customers
Skills You Need
- Previous experience, in a similar role, managing a busy booking sheet with multiple booking channels.
- Full of determination, enthusiasm, and be able to work in fast-paced environment
- Able to provide high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills
- Fully flexible around working pattern (evening and weekends will be required)
- Be approachable and helpful
- Be organised and able to multi-task
