We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Creator to join our team on a contract basis. As a Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in developing customer-facing quick help articles and videos for our SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) company. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our customer’s experience by providing them with valuable and easily accessible resources.

What You Will do

Create high-quality quick help articles and videos that effectively communicate complex concepts and instructions in a concise and engaging manner.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and support teams to gather information and understand the features, functionality, and updates of our SaaS products.
Translate technical information into user-friendly content that caters to our diverse customer base, ensuring that the content is clear, accurate, and accessible.
Write step-by-step guides, tutorials, FAQs, and troubleshooting tips to help users understand and resolve common issues independently.
Produce videos using Camtasia or similar tools, including screen recordings, demonstrations, and interactive visuals, to visually demonstrate product usage and features.
Continuously update and maintain existing content to reflect product updates, changes, and improvements.
Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and customer feedback to improve content quality and user experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content for SEO and create content that aligns with brand guidelines and style.

Who You Are

An individual with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
Committed to delivering high-quality content and have high attention to detail.
Self-motivated and are able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team environment.

What You Have

1+ Proven experience as a Content Creator, Technical Writer, or similar role, preferably in the software or SaaS industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and concise manner.
Proficiency in using tools like Camtasia or similar screen recording/editing software.
Experience in creating content optimized for search engines (SEO) is a plus.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or other web technologies is a plus.
A portfolio of previous content creation work, including quick help articles and videos, demonstrating your ability to simplify complex concepts.
