The Content Creator Manager’s main role is to identify, support, coach and develop the best streamers on Plenty of Fish Live. This person will foster and manage relations with streamers and the streamer community to support a healthy, creative and financially prosperous streaming environment. Both customer relations and content expertise are key.
Please Note: This role is Remote-First.
Remote First: You will have the option to work remotely from the Lower Mainland area, but we will require attendance at our downtown Vancouver office for onboarding, quarterly planning, important meetings, team get togethers or whenever you want to "crew together" IRL!
So, what will you do?
- Manage day to day interactions with top Content Creators on the Plenty of Fish Live App
- Coach Content Creators to grow and engage their audience
- Identify, develop and help create quality content that has entertainment and monetization potential
- Create and work with streamers to produce streaming events, shows, and regular content offerings that will captivate the audience and generate revenue through gifting
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of our highest profile creators through regular interactions
- Provide regular status reports to Live team
- Become an expert on Live Streaming as it exists on our app
You'll be a match for this role if you have..
- Experience with social media “talent” (Content Creators, Actors, Musicians, Influencers etc)
- Experience with Content Management/Content Creation
- Knowledge of the Content Creator culture
- Production Management Experience
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Knowledge of live streaming milieu
