Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Norwich, Norfolk, NR4 6AU
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum, DOE
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am – 5.00pm, Fri 8:30 am-3pm
Start date: ASAP

Digital Marketing Executive – About the Role:

This role is suitable for someone who has experience working within a digital agency, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and creating successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Experience within an e-Commerce agency isn’t essential but will be considered an advantage. Knowledge of campaign management, SEO, PPC and Google analytics is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage successful marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies to increase online presence
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager on customers PPC management and SEO objectives
  • Assisting in the development of campaigns strategy
  • Working alongside the Email Marketing Manager for clients email campaigns strategy and execution
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platform for campaigns reporting
  • Develop and Manage Projects
  • Identifying trends, insights, and provide competitor analysis
  • Assisting on SEO project (internal and external)
  • Customer website auditing and reports (CRO)
  • Google Shopping consult and advice
  • Assist with internal marketing campaigns and analytics
  • Content creation for customer services, news and products
  • Keyword and phrase research for development of targeted search strategies
  • Helping to develop and manage customer and internal social media objectives.

This role is ideal for an individual with digital marketing experience, and looking to expand their career with progression opportunities as part of a well-established e-commerce agency in Norwich.

Digital Marketing Executive – About You

The successful candidate will have experience within an agency and a passion for eCommerce and digital marketing.

This is a progressive role and would suit someone passionate and ambitious who is looking to grow with the company.

You should be highly organised, able to work under pressure to tight deadlines, and have experience in dealing with various levels of management in SME’s and large corporations.

Essential qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a digital marketing role is essential.
  • Experience working in an eCommerce or agency environment is desirable.
  • Marketing qualifications desirable but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of PPC, SEO and digital marketing essential.
  • Knowledge of Google analytics
  • Degree educated
  • Ability to extract insights and recommendations from data such as Google Analytics, presenting findings and utilising strong communication and client management skills.
  • Excellent at project managing and delivering on objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Analytical and able to develop and utilise reporting.
  • Confident and effective communicator.
  • Ability to work to targets
  • Provide ideas for improving ROI metrics and brands’ growth
