Purpose of the Role
Our customer service teams prides itself on been the heartbeat of the Centre, with assisting and helping customers and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Job role:
- Greet customers and deal with desk and telephone enquiries
- Receive visitors, liaise with Management and Security staff and maintain records.
- Selling gift cards, assistant with relevant queries.
- Hiring of children’s kiddie cars, maintain daily records of equipment.
- Assist in the hire of scooters, power and manual wheelchairs to customers with additional needs.
- Offer help and support on all disability related enquiries.
- Operate telephone switchboard, liaise with relevant departments.
- Respond to email and postal enquiries.
- Ensure correct procedures are followed for cash handling.
- Maintain daily paperwork in accordance with set procedures.
- Adhoc tasks set by your line manager.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Previous Customer Service experience preferable, but not essential.
Working Hours - Zero Hour contract, covering holidays and sickness
Salary - £10.42 per hour
