We are growing and are on the lookout for a highly motivated Video Content Coordinator to join us and grow out Tiktok presence!

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Content Coordinator to join our team. This role will primarily focus on creating and editing videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for socials video production, excellent editing skills, and a solid understanding of social media strategies and analytics. As the Video Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for filming, editing, posting, and scheduling engaging video content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut and InShot is essential for this role. These videos will be focused to Tiktok and Instagram reels and very little youtube content

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content and strategies for platforms

Film and capture high-quality video footage that adheres to brand guidelines and captures the attention of our target audience.

Edit videos ensuring seamless transitions, appropriate audio, visual effects, and engaging storytelling.

Optimize videos for different platforms

Maintain a consistent posting schedule and upload videos, while closely monitoring engagement and making adjustments as needed.

Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques, trends, and features of TikTok and Instagram Reels

Analyze video performance metrics and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and audience engagement. Use this data to refine future content creation strategies.

Maintain a well-organized library of video assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use.

Proven experience as a video content creator, video editor, or similar role.

Demonstrated expertise in creating and editing videos specifically for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Comfortable with in-application editing, as well as apps like CapCut, InShot.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and unique video content ideas.

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Familiarity with video analytics and an ability to use data to optimize content strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
