Job Title: Junior Content Creator and Presentation Specialist with Task Management Responsibilities
Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our accounting and tax advisory firm as a Junior Presentation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating PowerPoint presentations that serve as FAQs, marketing materials, and newsletters to effectively communicate with our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with less than 3 years of experience to showcase their creativity and contribute to our firm's growth. You will be working closely with a principal of the firm in business development and management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop visually appealing, professional and informative PowerPoint presentations to address frequently asked questions (FAQs) from clients and collaborating parties.
- Create compelling marketing presentations to promote our services, offerings, and unique value propositions.
- Design and produce newsletters to communicate updates on rules and regulations, keeping clients and business partners informed and engaged.
- Collaborate with team members to gather content, data, and feedback to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the presentations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in presentation design and professional knowledge in subject areas to continuously enhance the quality and impact of our materials.
- Assist a principal of the firm in business development and management. Attend meetings, gather outstanding issues from internal teams, follow up on business leads, prioritise and manage workload for the principal.
- Work from home permitted (1 to 2 days a week) with on-demand request to report to the office in central London or attend business meetings (travel expense covered).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Accounting, Marketing, Communication) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional looking, visually appealing and engaging presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and ideas.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and the ability to transform complex information into clear and concise visual representations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to feedback and changing requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address client needs effectively.
- Knowledge of accounting and tax concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
- Chinese speaker with reading and writing proficiency
