Senior Product and Content Developer
Starting Salary: £35,950
Job Type: Permanent
Location: The role will be based from our Head office in Lancaster and flexible working options are available.
Contracted Hours: 35 Hours a week, Monday to Friday.

In the role of Senior Product and Content Developer, you will lead a team of product and content developers to create new educational products whilst refreshing and supporting existing products. These products will primarily target learning at KS1 and KS2, with a focus on supporting those with SEN.

In this role you will:
- Manage the production of all IDLS product content
- Develop programs of support and study that are suitable for a range of online applications
- Build and leverage beneficial relationships with schools, subject leaders, and industry experts all over the world
- Innovate new ways to deliver SEND interventions and provide sound pedagogical reasoning for them
We are particularly looking for someone with:
- Knowledge of teaching techniques that engage SEN pupils at EY, KS1, KS2 and KS3
- Research and analytical skills
- Proven communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
