In this role you will work across multiple departments to support their content research needs, you will respond to customer requests for help in finding suitable visuals to meet their requirements.
This role will involve working 3 hours a day from 5pm, Monday – Friday.
What you’ll be doing:
Prioritising briefs in Salesforce according to the customer deadline and revenue potential.
Provide back up support to the team for the large briefs that need additional resource to meet deadline.
Maintain a good relationship with Enterprise team and customers.
Working with the content creator in Enterprise to ensure there are lightboxes created in line with the campaigns needed within the deadline set.
Working closely with the marketing teams and other departments where required on specific campaigns and social media.
Completing editorial and commercial research from a shared salesforce inbox, then using the correct case to deliver lightboxes in response to the customer brief.

What we need from you:
Experience in a creative role or qualifications that demonstrates ‘creativity’.
Knowledge of Word, Excel and online applications such as Teams.
Excellent communication skills
Experience of Salesforce, Photoshop and digital imaging.
Basic knowledge of copyright would be an advantage
