Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and attention-grabbing short-form content, such as social media posts, ad copy, email campaigns, website taglines etc.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, account managers, and clients to understand brand guidelines, target audience, and project objectives.
- Adapt writing style and tone to suit various brands, industries, and marketing objectives.
- Optimise content for SEO, ensuring relevant keywords and meta descriptions are incorporated.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure content and visuals are cohesive and visually appealing.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
What we need from you:
- Proven experience as a Short-Form Content Writer or similar role, preferably within a marketing agency or digital environment but not essential.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to write engaging short-form content.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimisation.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise content.
- Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and editing abilities.
