HR Admin- (salary £25,000 per annum)
Purpose
This position will support the delivery of a comprehensive and professional HR service, working closely with the business across a large, multi site workforce. The role will encompass the full HR remit, however there is a particular emphasis on assisting and supporting employee relations issues which is a key part of the role.
Responsibilities
- To support the HR Officer for all HR and recruitment activities.
- Managing and coordinating all recruitment activity including attracting the right candidates for advertised roles.
- Maintaining HR records, HR database, and administrative HR duties.
- Running multiple interviews for multiple roles including screening and reference checks
- To co-ordinate and support Managers in dealing with employee relations issues including, but not limited to, investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability, flexible working, attendance management and health and well being issues
- To provide a positive HR experience for the business
- Any other duties relevant and related to the position
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Current holder of level 3 Associate CIPD or currently studying level 3.
- At least 1 year HR experience withing a fast-paced HR in house function.
- Possesses a genuine interest in HR with a keen sense to develop and learn.
- To be able to be in control of own workload and self-manage.
- To be able to met business demands as required.
- Confident working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable
- To possess a level 5 CIPD qualification
- To possess a third level education, in HR
- Relevant HR experience in a fast-paced environment such as retail or hospitality
