The Role…

As our Partnerships Designer and Content Manager, you will be responsible for the visual standards and asset management of our partnerships department. Ensuring partnership packages and deliverables are shared on time and to the highest standard. You will also act as the bridge between content, creative and partnerships teams to pull departments together and work of unified deliverables.


Main Duties…

  • Design and art direction support for partnerships.
  • Building all high standard presentations for internal and external use (serving the business and direct to partners). Both for existing clients and new partnerships.
  • Building and managing templates and libraries of assets.
  • Management of calendar and budget for partnerships visuals.
  • Support of the Creative Director for editorial and partnership assets and project management.
  • Expertise in brand and editorial graphic design, with an enthusiasm for photography and illustration.
  • Be the brand partnerships style and mission custodian.

Requirements / Qualifications...

  • Publishing or brand agency experience in a similar role, with design and project management.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Keynote, PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Experience with Figma
  • Network of freelance contacts
  • Able to work and a fast pace over a wide variety of tasks
