We are recruiting for confident Team Leaders or Supervisors to work within our Food and Beverage department within the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotels. You will have the opportunity to be part of an energetic, fun environment that strives every day to deliver outstanding service to our guests within our Family Restaurant, Fine Dining Restaurant or Hotel Bar. Whether you are looking to kick-start your career in hospitality or are simply looking for something to work alongside your current commitments. This role might be for you!
Shift opportunities include:
Full Time, Fully Flexible
Full Time, Mornings Only (7am until 3pm)
Full Time, Evenings Only (4pm until 10pm)

What does this role entail?
A day in the life of this role would include…
- Being a leader within the operation and ensuring the team keep to a high energetic, fast paced service by driving performance, productivity, and quality throughout
- Leading a professional hospitality environment ensuring outstanding table service is provided
- Being empowering and motivating through delegation to get the best from the team
- Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
- Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
- Working as part of a team as well as leading the team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
- Promoting and sustaining a supportive learning environment
What is required for this role?
Here are some desirable qualities required for this role…
- Having previous experience of leadership qualities is required
- Having previous Food and Beverage experience is desired
- Have fantastic communication and organisational skills
- Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
- Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude, showing the team your ability to be a great leader and responsible towards the business
- Be able to maintain excellent relationships across the business and wider resort
