Job description
Reporting to the Director of Customer Marketing, the Sr. Creative Content Manager - Canada will be the
gatekeeper for all digital and graphic resources. In addition to stewarding our Brand Standards and logo use,
you will develop and produce marketing collateral, advertising, and brand promotional materials, including
product sales sheets, point of sale, vehicle wraps, and packaging. You will manage and develop creative for all
materials through brand and corporate direction and guidelines ensuring global consistency and appropriate
approvals. You will deliver consistent quality, accurately reflecting the Monster image and brands across the
portfolio. You will have one direct report (Graphic Designer) to manage, delegate tasks to, and support their
development. You will professionally interface with internal team members and external vendors and must
possess the ability to communicate throughout the POS and brand asset request process, providing direction in
a clear, concise, and objective manner. You should be a self-starter, able to strategically manage multiple
concurrent projects, manage your own deadlines, and delegate production tasks to your team, to vendors and
to distribution partners.

Essential Job Functions:
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
Graphics/Video:
- Design and layout all print creative for Canada Events (logos, posters, flyers, tickets, lanyards,
wristbands, social media banners, scrim, banners, vehicle wraps etc) - Design, layout and arrange assets for all Point of Sale for Canada. (Posters, header cards, cooler clings,
digital adaptation etc.) - Design title templates, motion graphics, special effects, 3D graphics, etc for use in video production.
- Creative participation and consultation with editors and internal team
- Asset Management, including internal/external sourcing, distributing, preparing for print, and archiving
across multiple platforms. - Manage music licensing as needed
- Budget tracking, management and ownership
Content: - Manage contracted Media team (Photographers, editors, videographers & other consultants). May include booking travel, accommodations, rental vehicles, logistics in general, as well as manage invoices,
expenses & contracts. - Provide Art direction. Instruct media team on shot lists, storyboards, and other content at events and
content shoots as required. - Build out/present content projects, taking direction from global team and adapting for global and
regional needs.
Web Admin:
- Work with Digital Marketing Project Manager to help provide all web content and visual assets (images,
video, news, promotions, events, rosters) and Media Library for Canada.
Position Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Visual Communications or Graphic design or related studies, or an
equivalent technical trade degree - Minimum of 7 years of experience as a print graphic designer, digital asset manager, web site designer/
manager - Advanced technical and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and
InDesign) is required. Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or 3D programs is a bonus - Knowledge of print production techniques
- Knowledge of web design processes
- Demonstrated experience in managing people and ability to delegate projects

the bigger picture - A robust portfolio showcasing relevant projects is a must
Salary Range: $87,400k-$109,300k CAD
