We are looking for a results-oriented and passionate Content Marketing Manager who will be responsible for crafting and delivering the Jovie story through multi-channeled marketing initiatives.
This role is responsible for defining, creating, communicating, and implementing the content strategy and content deliverables for the Jovie brand to our family, B2B and caregiver audiences. Leveraging a mix of copywriting, campaign management, social media and SEO expertise, this individual will partner closely with marketing and external agencies to develop an effective content strategy to support marketing objectives.
This individual will be both a strategist and executioner, who enjoys seeing the big picture as much as creating content and thriving on a fast-paced team.
What you will do:
Establish an authentic tone of voice suitable for the Jovie brand and its marketing to families, caregivers and B2B audiences.
Plan, develop and implement integrated content strategy across several platforms including social media, newsletters, briefs, video, blog posts, web, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.
Ensure brand consistency across all content channels and have insight into the performance of content reach and effectiveness. Use data to continuously improve efforts.
Create and curate compelling content that generates increased engagement. Plan, write, and edit copy in emails, on social media, in content, and for videos. Manage messaging in internal and external communications.
Responsibility includes complete understanding of brand positioning and their relevancy to the marketplace. Research marketing and positioning opportunities within industry.
Monitor online conversations and participate in those conversations to build brand visibility and thought leadership.
Support digital marketing with monthly content strategies using keyword research and competitive analysis, recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and additional factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
What you bring:
Bachelor's Degree required (Marketing, English, Communications are preferred areas of study)
Master's Degree/MBA preferred
7+ years of content creation and professional writing experience in corporate communications, public relations, social media, marketing department or creative department required.
7 years minimum relevant experience would be considered in lieu of applicable degree.
Additional Job Requirements
Franchise Experience Preferred.
Expert knowledge across all major social media and digital platforms with a knowledge and passion for following trends and emerging platforms.
Strong writing and communications skills with experience writing for a variety of platforms, writing samples will be requested.
Sharp attention to detail with exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Finds excitement in working with a small team to achieve maximum results.
Proven track record of a content marketing strategy and the development of content across multiple formats for multiple audiences.
Excellent problem-solving skills; a self-starter who proactively anticipates the unexpected and has an adaptive mentality.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
Skilled multi-tasker; adept at prioritizing and organizing multiple projects and managing deadlines in a fast paced environment.
