Description

This role will be part of the content marketing team responsible for creating and executing world-class content marketing plans. The role will work with our content marketing managers, regional marketing teams and ABM marketers to create impactful and engaging content.

You will be part of a content team that produces engaging quality content that speaks to our global audiences and boosts engagement with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write corporate editorials, blog posts and marketing copy to promote our products and services
• Partner with research and consulting teams to generate new content marketing ideas to promote industry-related topics
• Work with senior content marketers to deliver our Thought Leadership marketing programme
• Collaborate with creative services, product marketing and our research business to produce high-quality content
• Contribute to the global editorial calendar, coordinating with social media and PR teams to ensure timely publication
• Proofread, re-structure and edit articles by other marketers, optimising written pieces to increase user engagement.
• Build content on woodmac.com and publish articles on the website
• Optimise content considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Analyse web traffic metrics to find opportunities for improving performance
• Support in the development of podcasts and video content
• Publish newsletters and weekly blogs

Core Benefits:

Entry requirements

• 5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths)
• Educated to degree level

You will have:

• A proven interest in Content Marketing
• An interest in working within a global B2B environment
• Interest in content creation and emerging content trends
• Possess excellent communication and writing skills in English – ideally a natural talent for content marketing
• Have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence peers
• Be able to demonstrate experience in stakeholder management
• Have the ability to think creatively and with strong problem-solving skills
• Possess a proven track record of success both within education and the workplace
• Be energetic, eager, ambitious and have a genuine interest in developing and growing
