We are looking for Store Assistants whose mission will be to:
- Prepare beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Comply with all food and beverage safety regulations and quality controls
- Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting
- Ensuring all areas are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Welcome and greet customers
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Check if equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
Requirements:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Commercial awareness
· Basic knowledge of PC hardware and accessories
· Team player
· Excited about the gamming scene
· Reliable, Pro-active and excellent work ethic
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Salary: £9.70-£10.42 per hour
