About the Role and Person

Whilst we have key responsibilities and these can be found in the job description, there are certain things we will need from you:
- Working in the Nottingham region, to support the building services managers and wider team to deliver an exceptional service to our customers
- Attend properties to carry out inspections and assess repairs (including voids); establish cause and determine responsibility (Accent, resident, contractor).
- Work with Contractors on site as necessary and report concerns regarding performance and conduct to the Building Services Manager.
- Ensure all projects are undertaken in accordance with Accents, time, quality expectations and seek to ensure performance which consistently meets Accents requirements
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and managing of all works with due regard to Accent contractual obligations and administer such work in a spirit of mutual co-operation and trust.
- Ensure all works are undertaken to accord with Accent statutory obligations including, but not limited to, the CDM Regulations 2015.
Your core role is all about working with internal & external colleagues and external contractors to support the planned and repairs works to ensure they are delivered on time.

Location
The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to Nottingham.
Salary
The spot salary for this post is £26,775 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all of the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
This post will also receive a car allowance of £1,200 per annum.
