Established in 1991, Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is responsible for providing pre-hospital critical care across the six Midlands counties of: Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, the West Midlands and Worcestershire. The charity also delivers secondary cover to surrounding areas, such as Warwickshire and mid Wales. Our services are provided by operating three air ambulance helicopters and three critical care cars, which serves the growing Midlands population of six million plus people.

Our organisation is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as an independent health care provider. To fund our operations, we rely on the generous support of public via donations and income from various avenues, including our expanding portfolio of charity shops, which currently comprises of seven retail operations, located in Telford, Shrewsbury, Walsall, West Bromwich, Newcastle under Lyme, Gloucester and Merry Hill. We set our standards in line with leading industry bodies such as the Fundraising Regulator, The Charity Commission and the Charity Retail Association.

The Administration Supervisor will work within the Supporter Care Team overseeing the delivery of an excellent customer service to all supporters of the charity, ensuring all information is captured and recorded on CRM, all income is processed correctly and in a timely manner, and our supporters are thanked and stewarded to the highest level.

You will be a competent and self-motivated leader of a team of 3, who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be well versed in multitasking, prioritising, and delegating. A natural problem solver, you will be comfortable reviewing and updating key processes as well as directing a team of three, keeping them focused, productive and on schedule.

This role acts as a guardian of the organisation’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, processes, and compliance. This will be a hands-on role, completing day to day data entry and organisation of the tasks ahead based on business needs of the charity.

  • Charity sector: 1 year (preferred)
