Communications & Digital Content Manager
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Communications and Digital Content Manager to join a friendly Marketing team of 3 people, working within a well-established company who have sites across the UK and further afield.
The Communications and Digital Content Manager with a focus on ensuring consistent and clear brand messaging across all internal and external channels.
The communications and Digital Content Manager will be rewarded with:

Reporting to the Senior Management team the role of the Communications and Digital Content Manager will involve:
- Being responsible for managing digital content and overseeing the user experience and engagement on our customer and colleague web portals and apps.
- Oversee all internal and external copy, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging in alignment with our brand guidelines.
- Manage the content, design, and usability of our customer and colleague web portals and apps to maximise user experience and engagement.
- Coordinate with our group's shared service centres, operational teams and external partners to ensure that all communications align with our core values and meet business objectives.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of digital content and communications initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed based on data-driven insights.
- Handle crisis and incident communications, working closely with senior management and public relations teams.
The Communications and Digital Content Manager will have the following skills and attributes:
- Proven experience in a similar Marketing/Communications role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of user experience and web design principles.
- Be a self-starter
- Ability to work as part of a larger team in order to achieve successful outcomes
- Creative, analytical, organised, detailed, with a hands-on and can-do attitude
- Can work under own initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Newton-le-Willows: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
