As a Midweight Designer, reporting into the Design Lead, you will hone your existing skills by working with creatives on a range of ambitious and innovative campaigns. Responsible for helping to drive the creative process, exploring new avenues and working in line with current trends.

This Midweight Designer role will have the below responsibilities:
- To develop strong, design-driven work across a breadth of projects, clients
- pitches and briefs that ensuring our client delivers a creative product of the highest standard
- Report into our Design Lead, but will be required to work with the Creative Director and other members of the Creative Management Team
- Responsible for helping to drive the creative process, using your experience and understanding of the core design principles: colour, contrast, balance, typography, layout, grids and consistency
- Overseeing juniors, offering advice and supporting on delivery of work
- Actively involved in client and internal presentations, with support from more senior team members when needed
- Willingness to explore new ways of working, to keep up-to-date with current trends in design, and to help ensure we’re working in the most efficient and productive ways
The ideal candidate for this Midweight Designer will have the below exposure and attributes:
- 4 years of digital design experience and a portfolio of stunning work, covering print, digital – app, web, email and more
- Ability to adapt and explore different approaches and styles without being too precious
- Strong typographic skills, beautiful design aesthetic and an eye for detail
- Ability to adapt design content across digital display platforms and formats
- Willing to get stuck in and involved when pitching for new business
- Collaborative team player, able to get stuck in when things get busy
- Proficient across the Adobe CC suite (including XD) and Sketch
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £37,500.00 per year
