Job description
We are looking for a Social Media and Copywriting Assistant to join our friendly marketing team on a part-time basis (16 hours per week). As Social Media and Copywriting Assistant, you will assist in the marketing for Quarters accommodation and working spaces portfolio - from our four boutique hotels and our luxury serviced suites to our property management division and our award winning members co-working space, Square Works (Bristol Property Awards best co-working space in Bristol!).
This is a fast-paced role in which the successful candidate will produce written copy (blogs, website content, email marketing), as well as engaging content for our social media channels.
Please note that, while any experience is a bonus, this position would also be a great starting point for someone who has a flair for writing with impeccable spelling and grammar who would like to get a foot into the door to the world of marketing.
Key details of this role:Contracted hours: part time, 16 hours per week (worked, ideally, over 2 full working days)
Salary: £10.50 per hour
Location: You will be based in our friendly head office building in Clifton, Bristol
Who are we looking for in our next Social Media and Copywriting Assistant?

Excellent writing skills with good grammar and spelling

Competent using Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter, Google, Tripadvisor & LinkedIn

Some knowledge and understanding of marketing basics as well as some experience with adobe suite or similar would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided

Good organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

Day-to-day tasks for our Social Media and Copywriting Assistant:
This position is based in our head office in Clifton, working specifically with Quarters accommodation and working spaces portfolio - from our four boutique hotels and our luxury serviced suites to our property management division and our award winning members co-working space, Square Works. You can expect to be involved in the following:

Creating social tiles and other content (such as reels etc) for our four boutique hotels, our luxury serviced suites, our property management division (comprising Clifton Short Lets and Air360) and our creative co-working space, Square Works
- Assisting the team in scheduling posts and using data and analytics to inform how to best increase engagement

Writing blogs, area guides and website content that is engaging and well-written

Basic design - using software to edit photographs / video content and to design content such as social tiles
- Contributing to decisions for social media strategy
