Collaborating with art directors and motion designers, your role will involve developing innovative and captivating video and motion solutions for various important areas within the Club, including football, media, sales, e-commerce, and partnerships.
The Role:
- Lead the process of transforming video concepts into reality, from initial idea generation to final implementation, by employing a dynamic editing approach
- Collaborate with a team of editors to collectively produce fresh and captivating video experiences
- Devise compelling visual concepts that effectively engage and excite both internal and external stakeholders
- Construct sequences and frameworks for videos to facilitate creative decision-making
- Capture and edit original content
- Create and adapt existing editing work, such as animations, motion graphics, and other established frameworks
- Incorporate innovative creative thinking into video production strategies
- Demonstrate expertise in various styles and techniques, including graphic element design and music selection
The Person:
- No previous experience necessary
- Ambitious graduate/college or further education leaver with a relevant degree
- Experience in various productions, including editorial, motion graphics and social
- Experience of capturing content and then editing own content
- An excellent eye for creating high-quality visuals. As well as being highly creative, a good technical understanding of effective video workflows and file specification
- Exceptional experience in using Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and experience in using industry-leading plug-ins
- The ability to deliver high-quality work under the pressure of deadlines
- A strong passion for sports and athletes with a focus on visual storytelling
