We are Flip Out, we are the UKs biggest and best adventure parks! We are now recruiting for a personable, bubbly, confident and organised Contact Centre Agent to join our Contact Centre Team full time in Chester.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Be the voice of Flip Out!
- Taking the lead for various correspondence with our guests - inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, social media and more.
- Reviewing company reviews and responding to reviews appropriately
- Handling complaints, taking full detailed reports and resolving situations whilst keeping cool, calm and collected
- Completing various administration tasks
- Ensure excellent standards of housekeeping are maintained at all times
- Be the first point of contact for about guests that call, email or message us through social media.
- Follow all working regulation as set out in the companies employee handbook and where relevant specific reception regulations
- Interaction is the absolute key to creating unforgettable experiences one guest at a time
Qualifications/Skills
- High level of written and verbal English
- Comfortable with upselling
- Eager to Learn!
- Fantastic Teamwork
- Be personable, engaging, positive and bubbly as well as being patient, calm and empathetic!
- This role is all about personality and the right attitude where you know nothing else other than making all our guests feel listened to and cared for at all times!
Shift Availability
- This is a full time position working 40 hours per week.
- You must be available to work evenings and weekends. Our contact centre are currently looking for team member members who are available until 8pm on weekdays and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,950.00 per year
