Key Responsibilities...
- You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers wishing to purchase medical travel insurance
- You will need to identify customers’ needs to provide appropriate optional extras so you can maximise your sales opportunities
- You will need to achieve personal sales and performance targets, which contribute to the overriding business objectives

What we Offer...
A starting salary of £25,000, inclusive of a training bonus of £250 for the first 6 months. From six months onwards the OTE is a very realistic £35,000 or more with our generous monthly Commission Scheme and quarterly Elite Bonus.

Hours...
You are required to work 37.5 hours per week which will generally consist of 7.5 hours over 5 days. The Contact Centre is operational during the following hours:
8:30am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday
9:00am to 5:30pm Saturday
10:00am to 5:00pm Sunday
9:00am to 5:00pm Bank Holidays

- This role is subject to mandatory training for around 4 weeks during the hours of 9am and 5.30pm, are you able to commit to the training schedule? After the training you will revert to a flexible shift pattern.
