- Actively contribute to Continuous Improvement projects/initiatives to impact product performance in the factory.
- As a Product and Process Expert, support factory production team and product platform team to solve product process performance related issues. Working on process related issues and standardization of process parameters and supporting production plant in day-to-day problem solving.
- Ensuring the product quality aspects are delivered by reviewing the results of Product Panel Evaluations and linking to production process.
- Provide site leadership for the development and implementation of new products in the factory. Ensure capability of the process is assessed and gaps addressed in (for example factory Masterplan). Based on gaps identified ensure standards/UOS are developed and applied.
- Actively participate in the development of standards/UOS by providing product/ process expertise input. Attend/participate to UOS audit in factory and potentially in other factories to support the network.

- Educated to a degree standard (or Equivalent) in food science or related discipline.
- Previous experience of leading process improvements, Project Management, NCE, TPM and field experience is an asset
- Experience in standardization of processing parameters and process related problem solving.
- Knowledge of Food Processing Techniques and Developing Improving Product Characteristics.
- Has statistical knowledge & ability to analyse and summarize data and make recommendations.
- Understands regulatory compliance & with awareness of relevant food regulations.
- Experienced in using software systems/applications.
