Who we are looking for
Senior Associates with a drive to learn and experience in technology enabled, financial services operations transformation to work with senior team members where they will utilise their mix of consulting and industry expertise to deliver for our clients in these sectors.
Our financial services clients are going through a period of substantial disruption and
transformation. They are reviewing their strategy, business model and associated operating model
to respond to this challenge. This change is taking place across our client base of FTSE100 and
multinational organisations in the Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance sectors.
In supporting our clients in these areas, we deliver high value solutions, from strategy to execution, solving complex business problems from design through to implementation. Work that the successful
candidate would be involved in delivering includes:
- Next generation operating model - Designing and building new operating models or transforming existing operating models that need to respond to areas of challenge including growth, cost, M&A, control/regulation and customer demands;
- Digital operations and processes - Transforming end to end processes and ways of working through re-engineering and agile delivery of automated solutions to deliver, lean processes, robotic process automation, workflow design and delivery and analytics to drive continuous improvement and insight across operations;
- Business case definition; and
- Middle and back office operational design and implementation.
You will work with diverse multi-disciplinary teams that utilise proven methods and tools in combination with sector expertise to deliver the solutions that our clients expect from a leading brand.
About the role
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Delivery of work-packages within broad and complex projects;
- Support in the development of critical delivery assets;
- Building sustainable relationships with our key clients through delivery and business development activity; and
- Developing the careers of individuals and the teams working with and reporting to you.
Requirements
The following skills and experience are required for this role:
- Experience, knowledge and networks within the financial services industry;
- Proven consulting experience in delivering operational transformation engagements;
- Technical experience, including understanding of process optimisation techniques and technologies (e.g. robotic process automation, digital tooling, workflow, etc), operating model transformation and sourcing models;

Delivered solutions to operational challenges utilising knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Business solution architecture design, operating model design, including business partnership roles;
- Process redesign, process excellence, process analytics, robotic process automation, workflow design and delivery;
- Shared Service Centres/ Outsourcing strategy, implementation planning, execution and run;
- Strategic cost reduction, cost analysis, business case development, initiative development and delivery; and
- Productivity analysis, team coaching and ways of working improvement.
- Proven excellent people skills and networking ability to develop and nurture contacts at an associated level;
- Solid and articulate report, proposal and article writing skills; and
- Personal and Professional Development - Committed to seeking and acting on feedback and learning opportunities.
