As our Committee Officer you will work with the University Secretary in supporting the University's Board and a range of committees. In this role you will be immersed in all aspects of the University's work, supporting decision making and good governance. You will be undertaking a wide range of activities including attending Boards and Committees to ensure their smooth running and to take the minutes, producing clear, concise records of the proceedings and agreed actions.

Working as part of a small team in a challenging and stimulating environment, you will be organised, accurate and able to work under pressure to pre-set deadlines. You will be confident, professional and tactful in dealing with other people at all levels of the organisation and be able to think logically and plan ahead. You will also have excellent written English and be competent using Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
